I just tried the link for the Consumer Reports piece. It doesn’t work. So I pulled up the article on google. CR didn’t test many brands. I use Goya, which aren’t even organic, and about 100 mg more sodium than the organic Waldbaums variety (NY store). I always thought that BPA’s are only found in water bottles and baby bottles. Eden Food products are wonderful – but way too expensive. Are there companies that would admit of the BPA content? Maybe it’s time to start going back to dried, even if I don’t have a pressure cooker. (I’m still trying to find one aluminum-free!).

I like the format of the posts. Simple and straight to the point. I bet you’ll be able to even do better. Write a lengthier write-up and show us what you are able to do. I have no doubt you might produce even much better content. I have subscribed to many blogs but this 1 is definitely a keeper!
