Snore reduction totally useless? Or an insider tip?

I am going to look at all of them. If you are already buying or looking at any snoring-related products, I recommend you first read my Snoring Guide for Snorers. It is a good read. Here are the products that I will be reviewing.

Some of these products do more than just help people to stop snoring, some of them have a lot of other benefits. A few of these products have been around for years, and others have only recently come on the market. Before I get into all of the reviews, I need to talk about what it means to be a medical doctor. This is an important part to understand as snoring is not just a medical condition. Snoring is a neurological issue that is very serious for those who suffer from it. While people are sometimes able to sleep a bit better when they are not awake, if you have snoring problems you are likely going to have a lot more difficulty moving about during the day and even sleep better at night. Some people may experience pain in the snoring muscles, so they may want to use some of these products to try and alleviate this.
