Stress reduction totally useless? Or an insider tip?

I want to find the right one for you. In this article I want to discuss my experience with all the products I used, including my top five stress killers.

It is always good to have a list, so please add your own thoughts to this page. I'll be reviewing products for more of the common stress killers: Alcohol, caffeine, stress hormones, sleep problems and stress. Here's the list: 1. L-Tyrosine L-tyrosine is an amino acid with a similar effect to methionine. It is used for its anti-stress effect. It is also the precursor to l-carnitine, and thus provides an immediate anti-stress effect, when used with caffeine. 2. Choline Choline, when combined with L-tyrosine, also provides a quick anti-stress effect. 3. Pyridoxine Pyridoxine is a natural amino acid (or neurotransmitter), which is used in the brain for it's effects on the central nervous system. It is used to prevent the neurotransmitter catecholamines from being released during an adrenalectomy. I like to supplement this with vitamin C and vitamin E. The combination of these two products work together to improve your mood, energy, memory and mood. You can even add vitamin E to your L-tyrosine. 4. L-Cysteine L-Cysteine is a powerful antioxidant and also helps the brain and body recover from trauma.
